Seller’s Document Checklist
The documents buyers ask for when you sell an apartment building. Gathering them early speeds up pricing, diligence, and closing — and you can send us whatever you have today.
What documents do you need to sell an apartment building?
Buyers price apartment buildings from the numbers, so the core documents are a current rent roll and a trailing twelve-month (T-12) operating statement. During diligence they also review leases, tax and utility bills, insurance, capital improvement history, permits and violations, service contracts, and title and loan documents.
